Because every youth deserves a dance

Our
Story
Our first inclusive prom came to fruition in 2022 at the behest of the youth that attended our events. They asked for a dance that was affirming, inclusive, and centrally located, and we responded with a prom.
The first Rainbow Prom was in Coronado and was a fight that, through determination and support from our community, we won.
But one year was not enough, so the next year we created the first youth-led prom committee, a committee where Queer youth could bring their own vision to life.
Since then, our inclusive prom has morphed into a gala, a soiree, and a masquerade ball. Every year improves on the last, bringing in community partners that make the prom a place where youth can make a memory that every young person deserves.
Our prom is a community effort
From our vendors to our entertainers, we create magic together
Please support our community partners. Every single one is incredible
